Why 5-point instead of 4-point?
The crotch strap is essential for preventing dangerous submarining under the lap belt during hard hits or rollovers. If you're doing aggressive riding, racing, or rock crawling, the 5-point system is critical for safety.

What is the sternum strap for?
The sternum strap keeps the shoulder straps positioned correctly on your chest, preventing them from sliding off to the sides on rough terrain, which is important for maintaining consistent support.

Should I get 3" or 2" straps?
For long rides or aggressive terrain, 3" straps offer significantly more comfort. If you're primarily cruising for an hour or two, 2" straps may suffice. We also offer 2" 5-point and 2" 4-point options.
